A full-body sculpt experience designed to tone, lengthen, and elevate your endurance. Form Dynamic blends low-impact, high-intensity movements with controlled strength training to target every muscle group. Expect a slow burn, intentional pulses, and seamless transitions that keep your body under constant tension. This class builds lean muscle, improves definition, and leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply worked.
